Baked Chicken

I am usually not a fan of simple chicken dishes. Normally, I feel that there is not enough flavor...and I'm all about flavor, sometimes to an extreme. This chicken dish is super simple and only requires four ingredients. Costs less than $3 to make!

4 chicken breast (or thighs) ($2.30?)
1 can cream of chicken soup ($0.59)
1/3 c milk (or water)
1/8 tsp poultry seasoning
  • Place chicken in greased baking pan.
  • Blend soup, milk(or water), and seasoning and pour over chicken.
  • Cover. Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes.
  • Uncover. Bake 15 more minutes

  1. Hey... this recipe sounds like one that i love and stole from my sister-in-law. the differences are that she puts the same deal in a crock pot with cut carrots and potatoes. Let it cook till the vegetables are soft and you have a great meal. I love it because i can put it in the crock pot at lunch time and come home after church to a great dinner. AND the kiddos LOVE the veggies so i always add extra veggies for them to eat on for a few days! BTW... i am enjoying reading your recepies!

  2. That is a great idea! I will have to try it that way, too. It's always good to have extra tasty veggies around:)
