Mom always makes it on the same day as homemade noodles since they both use milnot.
2 c sugar
2/3 c milnot
1 tsp vanilla
1 c peanut butter
1 c marshmallow cream
- Over Med/Med-High heat, boil sugar and milnot to soft ball stage (use candy thermometer!). Do not go past soft ball stage or your fudge will not be so soft and dreamy!
- Remove from heat.
- Add marshmallow cream, peanut butter, and vanilla.
- Pour 9x9 pan that has been filled with foil- butter foil first!
- when set, cut into small pieces and place on serving plate
