Adapted From David Zinczenko original recipe
3/4 cup red-fat ricotta cheese
4 tsp roasted garlic
4 flatbreads (such as Flat-Out)
3 cups chicken, chopped (I used breaded chicken, but grilled would be healthier)
1/2 cup sun-dried tomato, chopped
3/4 cup grated mozzarella
Salt and Pepper
- Stir together the ricotta and garlic. Spread on the flatbread.
- Top with chicken , tomato, and mozzarella.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Bake at 375* for about 5 minutes.
